1. The Service
Marahi is a platform for farm and livestock management: herd records, health and financial logs, reminders, farm teams, and the breeders' market.
2. Eligibility and Account
- You must be at least 17 years old to use the service
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for keeping your account secure
- Sharing your account or using it for unlawful purposes is prohibited
3. Subscription and Payment
- A limited free trial is available, followed by an annual subscription
- On Android: payment is processed via Google Play Billing under Google's terms
- On iOS: payment is processed via Apple In-App Purchase under Apple's terms
- On web: card payment (EdfaPay) or bank transfer may be available
- Prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise
- Refunds are subject to the relevant app store or payment gateway policies
4. Marahi Market
- Illegal, abusive, fraudulent, sexual, or violent content is prohibited
- You are responsible for your posts
- Marahi may hide or remove violating content
- Users can report violating posts from within the app
5. Intellectual Property
The Marahi app, brand, and our proprietary content are protected. You retain ownership of data you enter.
6. Disclaimer
Marahi is a management tool and does not provide veterinary, financial, or legal advice. Consult professionals when needed. The service is provided "as is" within reasonable limits.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms with notice on the website or in the app. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
